Packing List

TIPS

> Label your suitcase inside and out with your name and your home address (this will assist if your luggage gets lost and also helps the hotel porters quickly distribute luggage to your room)

> Attach a ribbon, unique luggage tag, patch or other unique identifier to your luggage to make it easier to spot

> Think about using a luggage strap around your luggage to ease the stress on zippers…this is also a great way to identify your luggage

> Make sure your day bag is big enough to hold everything you need, while being light enough to carry comfortably. The things you may consider carrying with you include a water bottle, umbrella, camera, jacket, anti-bacterial wipes, pen, notebook and phone

  • Email a photocopy of your passport, visas, travel documents & itinerary to yourself, so you have an electronic copy if all else fails!
  • Laminate your Doctor’s Letter, so it won’t get wet or damaged
  • Leave a copy of your important documents with a family member or friend
  • Keep a list of important phone numbers incase your phone is lost or stolen
  • If you’re travelling as a couple, ensure you both aren’t relying on a card that uses the same account. By doing this, if one person’s card is lost, you will have immediate access to another account.
